Our Air Quality Expert

Chloe Fellows is a dynamic leader and visionary Founder and Director of Haze Environmental Ltd Air Quality Consultancy, an independent air quality and odour consultancy based near Worcester. With over 18 years of industry experience and membership of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and the Institute of Air Quality Management, Chloe is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultant specialising in air quality management and assessment. Routinely supporting clients including architects, developers and planning consultants, Chloe’s ambition is to partner with like-minded clients to incorporate air quality positive measures that will offer public health and well-being co-benefits.

Throughout her career, Chloe has delivered air quality monitoring, modelling and assessment for clients in both the public and private sectors, including HS2, Mace and Cala Homes. Chloe has worked on many projects, from large residential and mixed-use schemes to highways and rail to construction projects, producing comprehensive, reliable and quality reports. In addition to providing support for planning applications, Chloe provides technical support on pre-application submissions, Master Planning and the discharge of planning conditions.

Chloe’s expertise covers industry-standard tools like ADMS, AERMOD, DMRB and Breeze Roads, and has a deep understanding of the methodologies and practical application of the Institute of Air Quality Management guidance including Land-use planning and development control: Planning for air quality, and the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB). Chloe’s understanding of air pollution, air quality management, and dust impact assessments ensures her clients receive practical, high-quality advice.

Chloe possesses a forward-thinking approach that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into her work, ensuring projects balance development needs with sustainability and resilience cementing her status as a trailblazer in the air quality consultancy arena. A note from Chloe

I launched my own consultancy in September 2020 with the goal of providing personal air quality and odour consultant support to clients that share my mission to have a positive impact on the environment as a whole. I love nothing more than chatting about air quality and the environment.
